Laytime - Exception of “holidays” at Veraval, India

The vessel was chartered on the Ferticon form for the carriage of a cargo of bulk phosphate from America to India. The vessel discharged at Veraval and the issue before the arbitrators was whether certain days (24, 26 and 31 October) were “holidays” within the terms of the laytime exceptions.
