Charter-Party with Option to buy-Provision for Restoration of Ship in good Condition-Petition of Right-Requisitioned Ship lost-Option Price paid- Claim for additional Value-Effect of Indemnity Act, 1920-Construction- Whether Sect. 2 applies where Legal Proceedings are taken to enforce Payment of Amounts due under Contract, or as Damages for alleged Breach of Contract, where after Requisition a Contract is made; or is restricted to cases where no Contract has been made and the Admiralty Liability arises from Act of Requisition.
