Charter-Party for Eight Voyages-Refusal to load after Second Voyage on ground of Unseaworthiness-Cylindrical Tanker -Whether fit to carry Spirit-Leakage on First Voyage-Repairs completed- Leakage on Second Voyage-Repudiation by Charterers of Charter-Party- Further Repairs carried out without undue Delay-Finding by Arbitrator that Ship was as fit as a Vessel of her Type could be for the Charterers' Purposes, but that Risks from Carriage of Spirit in Bulk could have been very great.
