(garage proprietor) - Judgment recovered -G. insured with defendant insurance company-Claim by plaintiff (on behalf of herself and infant child) for declaration that defendants should satisfy judgment-Term of policy that only those vehicles were insured of which certain particulars were entered in register kept for that purpose- Plea by defendants that particulars of car involved in accident were not entered and that therefore G. was not covered by policy-Settlement of action approved by learned Judge.
