Ltd. engaged on repair work to motor vessel belonging to L. & H. Ltd.-R. Ltd. bunkering vessel, hatch cover being removed for such purpose-Lights temporarily extinguished for purpose of Board of Trade survey-Plaintiff's fall down unlighted bunker hatch, in spite of warning given by foreman in charge of bunkering operations-Personal injuries sustained - Action brought against R.
