Road Traffic Act, 1930-Road-Factory, classed as protected area, containing made-up roads, pavements, etc.-Plaintiff knocked down on road within factory precincts by motor cycle ridden by B., insured with defendant insurance company-Judgment recovered by plaintiff against B.-Judgment unsatisfied-Action brought by plaintiff against defendants under Sect. 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 1934-Liability of defendants - Policy insuring B.
