"No" - Further declaration by assured that "I have withheld no information whatever which might tend in any way to increase the risk of the insurance company or influence the acceptance of this proposal"-Convictions against assured for garage breaking, forgery, breach of recognisances, shopbreaking and stealing furs and jewellery-Bankruptcy of assured-Claim by plaintiff under Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act, 1930.
