Sale of goods (c. & f.)-Documents-Rejection by buyers-Bill of lading and/or ship's delivery order-Discharging port in bill of lading not in conformity with contract of sale - Bill of lading subsequently indorsed "In transit to" discharging port under contract-Goods transhipped by barge- Tender of delivery order issued by shipowners and addressed to master porter of final discharging berth-Whether good tender- Goods in transit to final discharging port at time of tender.
