ING Canada... a subsidiary of Dutch insurance group ING, has joined with seven local insurance brokers to acquire Toronto-based broker Equisure Financial Network for C$136m. ING Canada already holds a 15.5% stake in Equisure, with an option to increase its holding to 22.5%.
