Contract-Arbitration clause-"Any claim . . . to be made . . . within six months after final discharge"-Whether failure to make claim within that time barred the claim. Charter-party-"Any claim . . . to be made . . . within six months after final discharge"- Whether charterers' claim for dispatch money, made after six months after final discharge, was admissible. Charter-party - Lay days - Commencement - "Time for loading to count from 8 a.m. 48 hours after the Ship is reported ready." Charter-party-Rectification of charter-party- Whether claim which could only be brought on rectified charter-party was a claim arising out of charter-party.
