Charter-party - Detention - Sub-charter - Claim by disponent owners for damages for detention by charterers at rate of hire fixed in head charter (three times that in sub-charter) - Alleged misunderstanding by charterers of basis of claim-Whether arbitrators' award of damages at higher rate should be set aside. Arbitration-Award-Power of Court to remit final awards.
