Bimco warning on clause

Bimco says it is suddenly experiencing a type of clause , which seems to be spreading in the market place, reading "SHINC laytime, except Super Holidays as per BIMCO Holiday Calendar" or other words to a similar effect. But Bimco warns parties agreeing to that provision could find themselves in trouble because as far as BIMCO is concerned, there is no such thing as a "Super Holiday". It is a term that probably means different things to different people and it raises the not entirely irrelevant question; when is a holiday a "Super Holiday"? And why is not any holiday a "Super Holiday"?
