Paralysed RTA victim wins damages

A man who was paralysed in a road accident five years ago has reportedly been awarded an index-linked sum of £260,000 on an annual basis for the rest of his life. He is also awaiting a ruling concerning a lump sum. He is paralysed from the neck down as a result of the crash when he was hit on his bike by a car being driven by an uninsured motorist.
