Rehabilitation ignored by Government

The Government response to the consultation on case track limits and the claims process for personal injury claims was criticised on all sides for failing to talk about rehabilitation. Norman Cottington, the President of the Bodily Injury Claims Management Association, said he was shocked to see that no mention had been made in the document of the need to ensure that injured claimants receive rehabilitation treatment at the earliest stage of the claims process.
