Restraining Parent from Entering School Premises

Wandsworth LBC v A (CA TLR 28 January)

A mother was accused of verbally abusing staff at her child’s school and banned from entering the school premises by the headmaster. When she continued to attend at the school the local authority obtained an injunction in the county court to restrain her from trespassing.
