Implacable Opposition to Contact

In refusing to make an order for a child to have direct contact with his father, the judge found that the mother was ‘Effectively holding a loaded pistol at the head of the court’ by making it clear that if contact were to be ordered she would refuse to look after the child and would be prepared to go to prison.
