Litigation Delay Insurance

QBE International Insurance Limited has launched a new Litigation Delay Insurance which provides cover for unforeseen costs in the event of the judge, arbitrator, expert witnesses, solicitors or counsel not being able to continue with a case once it has started due to illness, accident or death. Litigation Delay Insurance would recover costs including those associated with the appointment of a new judge, or other participant. No medical is required for the judge.
