Amalgamation?

The Lord Chancellor has commissioned a study to consider fusing the work currently done by the Commercial Court, the Admiralty Court, the Technology and Construction Court, the Patents Court and the Company Court. The Lord Chancellor’s Department suggests that the new court could ‘develop Britain’s role as a global centre for dispute resolution’ The report is to be delivered by the end of January next year.
