Bulk Issue

Solicitors, finance houses, banks, water companies and other claimants using the Court Services Bulk Centre in Northampton are now able to send requests for claims, judgments and warrants by electronic transfer. The Centre processes over half of all county court claims and the new process avoids the use of couriers and the post. It is also seen as another step towards meeting the government’s target of all county courts offering on-line services by 2005.
