With the introduction of the Pension Sharing Rules and Regulations from 1 December all Form Es submitted to the court after that date must include the National Insurance number of the person completing the form. When using a version of the form printed before 1 December this information should inserted manually below ‘Name and address of the scheme, plan or policy’ at 2.16 (Pensions) of the form.
