Child Support Amendments

The Child Support (Variations) Regulations 2000 (S I 2001 No 156) provides for variations to the rate of child maintenance payable under the Child Support Act 1991.

The Child Support (Maintenance Calculation Procedure) Regulations 2000 (S I 2001 No 157) provides for various procedural matters relating to an application for maintenance calculation under the Child Support Act 1991 and make provision in respect of effective dates of calculations and the reduced benefit decisions.
