Litigation Letter

Reconsideration by Judge

Kirin Amgen INC And Others v Transkaryotic Therapies In and Others Ch D TLR 1 June 2001

CPR rule 52.4 changed the date from which the time for appeal starts to run to the date when judgment was given. Did this affect the jurisdiction of a judge to review and change his mind on a conclusion reached in his judgment at any time before the order was drawn up?
