The Civil Procedure (Amendment No 4) Rules 2001 (SI 2001 No 2792 (L 29))

On 25 March these rules introduced new Parts 70, 71, 72 and 73 to the Civil Procedure Rules. They implement the first stage of the Lord Chancellor’s Enforcement Review, aimed at examining existing methods of enforcement and identifying any improvements that could be made to make them more effective; and to confirm that the range of enforcement measures available gives reasonable access to all a debtor’s assets.
