Director’s disqualification

Secretary of State for Trade and Industry v Reynard (CA The Independent 26 April)

The dishonest conduct by a director in giving his evidence in disqualification proceedings may be taken into account both in determining the question of his fitness under s6 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, and in deciding the period of any disqualification to be imposed.
