A paramedic suffered back and neck injuries while lifting a patient into a wheelchair. The action was on the fast track, and on the detailed assessment a 75% success fee was allowed, taking into account the delay in receiving instructions on the claim, the risk of a Part 36 payment and other factors. The appeal is listed for 5 May.
