Virgo Fidelis Senior School v Boyle EAT TLR 26 February
The employee, a school teacher, made complaints of bullying and improper management at the school leading to a disciplinary
process after which the applicant was dismissed. The employment tribunal made a basic award of £750, £1,755 for loss of wages
and £45,000 for injury to feelings, including £2,460 for reasonable expenses.
