Greene v Associated Newspapers Ltd CA TLR 10 November

In libel proceedings, where a defendant has put in a short statement before the court, verified as true, maintaining that he could and would justify the alleged libel, the rule has always been that the claimant would be unable to obtain an interim injunction to restrain publication of an allegedly defamatory statement unless it were plain that the plea of justification was bound to fail.
