The Information and Consultation of Employee Regulations 2004
These Regulations (SI 2004 No 3426) came into force on 6 April introducing consultation requirements on organisations with
more than 150 employees about various commercial and confidential decisions. They require employers to engage in ‘the exchange
of views in establishment of dialogue’ with employees.
