CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS AND CLAIMS IN EASTERN EUROPE

INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE IN ROME 24 October 2008
An important conference will be held in Rome on 24 October 2008. It will concentrate on the position of Eastern Europe but its topics are relevant worldwide.
There will be a wide range of speakers from the construction world (representatives from Bovis Lease Lend; Impregilo SpA; Salini Construzioni SpA; GE Oil & Gas) and the legal community (including Richard Ward and Andrew Symms, Eversheds London; Valentin Berea, Bulboaca & Asociatii, Bucharest, Rumania; Jacek Kosinski, Wierzbowski Eversheds, Poland; Miglena Peneva, Georgiev Todorov & Co, Bugaria; Chris Wheeler, O’Donnell Sweeney Eversheds, Dublin; Giorgio Sacerdoti, Alessandra Vignone and Grazia Torrente, Piergrossi Bianchini Eversheds, Italy; Giuseppe De Palo, ADR Center, Rome; Jay Welsh, JAMS, and His Honour Humphrey Lloyd, QC) as well as from the professional, business and academic worlds.
There will be a special session on ADR for Eastern Europe.
