Ogden tables updated

The sixth edition of the Ogden tables providing guidance on calculating damages in personal injury and fatal accident cases includes mortality rates based on the latest set of national population projections for the UK. There is new methodology for assessing appropriate deductions to be made to the working life multiplier for dealing with contingencies other than mortality, including the assessment of a claimant’s residual earning capacity after an accident.
