Employee’s privacy breached by employer’s monitoring

The applicant, Lynette Copland, was employed by Carmarthenshire College, a statutory body administered by the state. In 1995 she became the personal assistant to the college principal and from the end of 1995 she was required to work closely with the newly appointed deputy principal.
