Higher rights of audience

Solicitors should be automatically granted higher rights of audience on qualification rather than undertake additional training, according to plans outlined by the solicitors regulation authority. It will provide for assessment and registration in all proceedings in the higher courts, or alternatively, solicitors may opt to specialise in criminal or civil proceedings.
