Mosley v News Group Newspapers Ltd [2008] EWHC 1777 QBD; [2008] All ER (D) 322 (Jul); TLR 30 July; NLJ 1 August p1112

The News of the World published an article headed ‘F1 boss has sick Nazi orgy with five hookers’, with accompanying images. It also posted video footage on its website, which had been clandestinely filmed by one of the women present at the event in question. The claimant claimed damages for breach of confidence and/or the unauthorised disclosure of personal information said to infringe his right to private life as protected by art 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
