Court of Appeal (Jacob LJ, Wall LJ, Lewison J, 30 July 2008) vented baby bottle to avoid colic – appeal against finding of obviousness – application of principle from prior art drinks bottle would be obvious – not relevant whether skilled person would consider making prior art concept – appeal dismissed ([2008] EWCA Civ 868)
