Motorcyclist hit by car

A motorcyclist has received £18,500 in compensation after he was hit by a car when it drove directly into his path. The car hit the right hand side of his motorcycle and as a result, he was thrown from his bike and into the road. He was treated for multiple injuries, the most serious being multiple fractures to his leg. The case almost came to trial due to complex medical issues, but once the matter progressed to the motorist’s solicitor, the case was settled.
