£276,000 in damages for mesothelioma death

The widow of a man who died from mesothelioma has received £276,000 in damages. He was exposed to asbestos while working for a food manufacturer. He didn’t work directly with asbestos but was nevertheless exposed to this dangerous dust during the early years of his employment. He was exposed to asbestos used to insulate pipes in the factory and was never given protection from exposure to asbestos.
