New claims management regulatory documents

The Ministry of Justice’s Claims Management Regulation Monitoring and Compliance Unit has produced a number of new and revised documents. The new documents include an Accountant’s Report form, and a Reporting Accountant’s Checklist. Businesses operating client accounts are required to provide the Unit with an Accountant’s Report within six months of the end of their accounting period.
