Cost of litigation is the No.1 concern for UK PLCs

Research into the main concerns of FTSE350 in-house counsel has found that the cost of litigation is the No.1 concern. The research was carried out by Ipsos MORI, on behalf of Addleshaw Goddard, with individuals who were required to have significant or overall responsibility for litigation budgets. The cost of litigation is the greatest concern in any dispute according to 76% of those surveyed.
