Clinical negligence teams move to Beachcroft

Beachcroft is to take over Eversheds’ clinical negligence teams in Leeds and Newcastle under a deal for an undisclosed sum. Beachcroft, which announced the acquisition of clinical negligence partners, David Weatherburn, Paul Taylor and Neil Rowe and two solicitors in April 2008, will TUPE transfer a further 11 lawyers from Eversheds’ Leeds and Newcastle clinical negligence teams.
