DIJKSHOORN QUITS AT EUREKO

Maarten Dijkshoorn has resigned has CEO of Netherlands-based insurer Eureko, for personal reasons. The insurer said that it had accepted his resignation with regret. The 58-year-old had been CEO of Eureko since October 2005. Eureko said that Mr Dijkshoorn’s responsibilities would temporarily be taken by vice-presidents Willem van Duin and Gerard van Olphen, while it seeks a replacement. Mr Dijkshoorn is the second board member to have left Eureko in the past year; CFO Roel Wijmenga announced his resignation, also for personal reasons, in June last year.
