Curtis Smolar joins Ropers Majeski’s IP practice

UNITED STATES – Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley multi-service law firm offering litigation and transactional services nationally and internationally, has added Curtis Smolar as a partner to the firm’s IP practice in its San Francisco office. Smolar joins Ropers Majeski after serving as principal of Bay Capital Legal PC in San Francisco. Smolar has represented clients in state and federal trials, bankruptcy and appellate courts in IP disputes, as well as commercial, securities and real estate matters.
