A Turtle in trouble

The A Turtle was a drilling rig towed by the Mighty Deliverer from Brazil to Singapore via Cape Town. It ended up scuttled on the shores of Tristan da Cunha after running aground and failed salvage attempts. In A Turtle Offshore SA v Superior Trading Inc [2008] EWHC 3034 (Admlty), Mr Justice Teare had to address a claim, a counterclaim and a question on limitation of liability.
