Notices – validity – option agreement

Given the importance of the service of (valid) notices, we highlight this case for readers. Nearly every strategy for dealing with commercial property and leases will be based on the service of a valid notice. It is evident that practitioners frequently fail to get the notice quite right. This often leads to litigation or gives the opposite party an angle to negotiate an advantage. Practitioners must therefore keep up to date with all the cases on validity of notices.
