Fairness of apportionment of service charges – mixed use scheme – review by the Lands Tribunal

In this second case of a power of a party to a lease to act unilaterally the Court was required to consider the approach to apportioning service charge liabilities as between the commercial parts and the residential parts of a mixed use scheme.
