Readers will be aware of the long-running disputes between Lord Saatchi and his landlord relating to his art gallery at County Hall, London. We featured one of the cases in our December 2004 edition ((2004) 18 Commercial Leases 926). The war has moved to a new phase and the landlord has now forfeited the lease and obtained a possession order.
