Landlord’s intention (ability to demolish)

Wessex Reserve Forces & Cadets Association v White and another [2005] EWHC 983 (QB) (20 May 2005)

This case concerned a landlord’s opposition to a renewal lease under ground (f) of s30(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The structures that the landlord wished to demolish belonged to the tenant and were found to be tenant’s fixtures. The case raised a novel point.
