Contracts are not necessarily void for uncertainty just because they are difficult to interpret

Scammell and others v Dicker [2005] EWCA Civ 405 (14 April 2005)

The Court of Appeal has recently looked at a complex consent order which sought to compromise a difficult boundary dispute between neighbours. The Court was determined not to declare the contract void for uncertainty simply because it was not easy to interpret.
