Cracknell at Aon UK

AON has appointed Mark Cracknell chief executive of its marine business in the UK. Cracknell leads a team of 80 based in London and other UK regions, and will be responsible for servicing marine clients both directly and through the global Aon Specialty network. He will continue to represent the UK on Aon’s global marine executive headed by Steve Beslity, chief executive of Aon Global Marine. Cracknell has 20 years’ experience in marine underwriting and insurance broking, and was previously team leader of marine in London for Ben­field Corporate Risk, which integrated into Aon in December.
