27.9, crash, fatality

South Korea: a light aircraft crashed at the site of an international fair packed with thousands of visitors in South Korea, killing one of the two people on board and injuring 11 people on the ground. The aircraft hit a bus on display at the site in Incheon, just west of Seoul. The two people on board were taken to a nearby hospital. Eleven people, including some who were inside the bus, had minor injuries; suffered when they were hit by pieces of the aircraft. Police said the aircraft, which was flying as part of a separate festival, may have crashed because of the many decorative kites flying over the fair site.
