A man who suffered a fracture to a bone in his foot, which was missed by a hospital x-ray, has received damages of £60,000. The man was injured in a road traffic accident, and at hospital a fractured knee was diagnosed. X-rays were also taken of his ankle but a fracture to a bone in his foot was missed.
